When our founding team started visiting taxi operators in 2017–18, the same story played out in city after city. Dispatchers writing bookings on notepads. Owners juggling WhatsApp groups to manage 30 drivers. Customer complaints going unanswered because there was no system to track them.
Meanwhile, Uber and Bolt were taking market share — not because they had better drivers or better local knowledge, but because they had better software. Software that small operators could never afford to build themselves.
We built Yelowsoft to change that calculation permanently. We wanted a SaaS platform so complete, so affordable, and so easy to deploy that an independent taxi company with 10 cars could operate with the same digital sophistication as a global fleet.
Seven years later, that conviction hasn't changed. It's only gotten stronger.
